Our Story
Facial Cosmetic and Wellness Center began in 1997 when Dr. Bruce Epker resigned from his position of 27 years as the Director of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department at John Peter Smith Hospital and opened his private practice in Weatherford. Dr. Meagan Hill joined him in 2012 to pursue her passion in non-invasive facial cosmetic treatments and health and wellness services and acquired the practice in 2018. Kathy Funderburg joined Dr. Epker in 1997 first as his surgical assistant and then as office manager and has continued with Dr. Hill in the same capacity until retiring in March of 2026. Along the way we have been joined by Esthetician and Certified Injector Tiffany Fox, Nurse Practitioner Suzette Gwinn, Practice Manager Macy Hughes, Licensed Medical Esthetician Aubree Rattan, and Front Desk Coordinator Addison Lambert.
Meet The Team
Dr. Meagan Hill
Dr. Hill graduated magna cum laude from Howard Payne University and earned her MD from the University of Texas Health and Science Center at Houston. She completed her family medicine residency at Austin Medical Education Program in Austin where she was elected as the Chief Resident.
She was introduced to Dr. Epker by a mutual friend and joined Facial Cosmetic and Wellness Center to follow her goal of providing non-invasive facial cosmetic services. Shortly after joining the practice she decided to add the health and wellness program as well.
When she is away from the office she enjoys spending time with her family, especially her sons. She also enjoys playing golf and traveling.
Macy Hughes - Practice Manager
After spending 18 years in Nashville, Tennessee, persuing a career in the music industry, Macy made the exciting decision to relocate to Texas in November 2021 to join her sister’s growing practice. As the Business Manager, she oversees the daily operations of the office and works closely with our team to ensure every patient receives an exceptional experience from their first interaction through their treatment journey.
In addition to her management role, she is a licensed esthetician with a lifelong passion for the beauty and skincare industry and has always been drawn to helping others look and feel their best.
Macy is proud to be part of a family-owned practice and is dedicated to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel valued, supported, and confident in their care.
Tiffany Fox – Esthetician and Certified Injector
Tiffany joined us in 2014 and quickly became a vital part of our team. Tiffany is a certified aesthetic injector/esthetician. She has advanced training in neuro toxins, facial fillers, micro-needling and CoolSculpting. She also works closely with Dr. Hill as her assistant in Bio-Identical hormone replacement.
Tiffany has spent the last 25 years in the beauty industry pursuing her passion to help her patients look and feel their best.
Her personal time spent with her husband, family and close friends.
Aubree Rattan - Licensed Medical Esthetician
Aubree is a licensed medical esthetician with over two years of experience helping clients feel confident in their skin. She specializes in advanced skincare treatments and non-invasive laser procedures designed to improve skin health, texture, and overall appearance.
Known for her gentle touch and genuine care, Aubree takes the time to understand each client’s unique goals and creates personalized treatment plans to achieve natural, beautiful results. Whether you’re addressing a specific concern or simply investing in your skin, she’s dedicated to helping you look and feel your best.
